A seamless 2 mm stainless shell with no visible screws, set on a cast plinth and framed by hand-oiled walnut. It looks calm on the counter and stays that way for decades.

02 Pressure
Nine bars. Exactly.

A rotary pump under closed-loop control holds pressure within a tenth of a bar, then lets you profile it: a gentle pre-infusion, a nine-bar peak, a slow decline.
03 Heat
Two boilers. No waiting.

A dedicated brew boiler keeps extraction temperature steady while a separate 1.8 L steam boiler stays ready. Pull a shot and steam milk at the same time, from cold to ready in eight minutes.
04 Extraction
A 27-second ritual.
0seconds, timed on the front panel
Lift the lever and the E61-style group pre-infuses the puck before full pressure arrives. The shot timer starts by itself, so every cup is repeatable.
05 Milk
Steam that never runs dry.
1.5 bar of dry steam through a cool-touch, four-hole tip. Silky microfoam for one flat white or six cappuccinos in a row.
