Hosting Terms

These terms apply to websites that AgentX, LLC hosts for you after you publish them through smallbusinessactivation.com. They are part of the Terms of Service.

1. What is included

  • 12 months of free hosting starts when you publish your site. Hosting is on Cloudflare's network. [ATTORNEY: NO REGION OR DATA-LOCATION CLAIM IS MADE, BY DECISION.]
  • Your site is yours. You own it and may download the full site files at any time after you pay (see Section 6).
  • Delivered sites may carry an optional "Powered by AgentX" badge linking to agentxpartners.com. [BUSINESS: CONFIRM WHETHER REMOVAL IS FREE OR PAID.]
  • Sites are static (no server-side code or contact-form backend). Hosting is subject to fair use and the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Price after the free period

After the free 12 months, to keep your site live you subscribe at:

  • $10 per month, or
  • $100 per year

plus applicable tax. We may change these prices for future billing periods with at least [30] days' notice before the change applies to you. [ATTORNEY: CONFIRM PRICE-CHANGE NOTICE MECHANICS.]

3. Reminders

We email you 30 days and 7 days before your free period ends and before any renewal of hosting or of a domain. Each notice states the date, the price and how to subscribe or cancel.

4. Subscription and renewal

  • If you subscribe, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method each month or year until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price.
  • Cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. No partial-period refunds, per the Refund Policy.
  • If you pay with PayPal, we may email payment links instead of charging automatically.
  • If you do not subscribe or a payment fails, Section 5 applies.

5. Grace, pause and lapse

  1. Expiring. In the 30 days before the free period ends, we send reminders (Section 3).
  2. Grace period. If the free period ends (or a payment fails) without an active subscription, your site enters a 30-day grace period. During it, your site displays a "paused" page. Subscribing during the grace period restores it.
  3. Lapsed. If you do not subscribe by the end of the grace period, your site is unpublished and no longer served. We keep your files for up to [12 months] so you can still download or reinstate the site, unless you delete them sooner. After that, we may permanently delete them.
  4. We email you at each stage.

You can also delete your site at any time.

6. Export

You can download the complete files of your site at any time from your dashboard, including during the grace period and while files are retained after lapse. We recommend keeping your own copy.

7. Domains

If your site uses a domain, the Domain Registration Terms apply to the domain. Lapsed hosting does not by itself affect your ownership of the domain.

8. Availability

We aim for reliable hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend a site that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or poses a security risk.
