Refund Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service of AgentX, LLC for smallbusinessactivation.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Amounts are in US dollars and include any tax paid on the refunded item.

1. Free previews

Previews and the free watermarked video cost nothing and carry no obligation to buy.

2. Cancel before the build starts: full refund

You may cancel an order from your dashboard before the build starts, which is while it is still queued, for a full refund of the amount you paid for it. The one exception is a domain that has already been registered (see Section 5). Once the build is running, a cancellation is no longer available, and Section 3 applies.

3. After delivery

Delivered sites and videos are not refundable. Edit rounds are the remedy for changes you want:

  • each site tier includes a set number of edit rounds (Low 0, Medium 1, High 4), and you can buy extra rounds;
  • one edit round is one round of your comments.

Our failure. If we fail to deliver, or what we deliver is clearly broken, we will, at our choice, give you a free rebuild or a refund.

4. Expedite fee: automatic refund on a missed deadline

If you buy expedited delivery and we do not deliver within the promised expedited time (counted from confirmed payment), we automatically refund the expedite fee, including tax on it. You do not need to ask. The refund covers the expedite fee only, and you keep the site.

5. Domains: non-refundable

Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable once the domain is registered or renewed, because we pay the registry and registrar at that moment. If we cannot register the domain you chose (for example, it became unavailable between your search and payment), we automatically refund the domain charge and help you choose an alternative. See the Domain Registration Terms.

6. Videos

If a paid video fails to render properly (for example, it is corrupt, incomplete, or does not match the options you selected in a material way), we will redo it free of charge or refund it, at your choice. If a generation fails before delivery, any credit or fee for that generation is refunded automatically.

7. Offensive or inappropriate content

If you find offensive or inappropriate material in your output, use "Report a problem" or contact support@smallbusinessactivation.com. We will fix it with a free regeneration or correction, or refund the affected purchase.

8. Hosting and renewals

Hosting charges after the free first year and domain renewals are described in the Hosting Terms and Domain Registration Terms. You can cancel hosting at any time to stop future charges. 9. How to request a refund

Email support@smallbusinessactivation.com with your order number. We review requests within [5] business days. Refunds typically reach your account in [5-10] business days after approval, depending on your bank or PayPal.

10. Payment disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We will work to resolve it quickly.

11. Statutory rights
