Payments and Billing Terms

These terms apply to payments to AgentX, LLC through smallbusinessactivation.com. They are part of the Terms of Service.

1. Pricing and currency

All prices are in US dollars (USD). The price you see in your cart is the price you pay, plus any applicable tax shown before you confirm. Prices are calculated by our servers when you check out. We may change prices for future orders at any time; an order you have already paid is not affected.

2. Taxes

We collect sales tax, digital goods tax, VAT or similar taxes where required, calculated at checkout using Stripe Tax based on your location and what you buy. Different products (sites, videos, domains, hosting) may be taxed differently. You are responsible for any taxes we are not required to collect. 3. Payment methods and processors

You can pay with cards, Apple Pay, Link and PayPal. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal under their own terms. We never receive or store your full card number or security code. You are responsible for charges your payment method issuer applies.

4. Saved payment methods and authorization for renewals

  • When you pay, you may be asked to save your payment method with Stripe so future charges can be made without you re-entering it.
  • By saving a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for: domain renewals; hosting subscriptions after the free period (monthly or yearly, as you choose); and any other recurring item you agree to at checkout. Charges are made at the then-current price (plus tax), and we email you before each renewal as stated in the Domain Registration Terms and Hosting Terms.
  • You can remove a saved payment method, turn off renewals or cancel a subscription at any time in your dashboard. Removal stops future charges but does not cancel amounts already due. Deleting your account detaches saved payment methods.
  • If a charge fails, we may retry and will email you. Failure to pay may lead to pausing or lapsing of hosting or expiry of a domain.
  • PayPal renewals may be sent as payment links.

5. Order timing

For sites, the turnaround clock starts at confirmed payment. If an order includes expedited delivery and we miss the expedited time, we automatically refund the expedite fee (see the Refund Policy). Bundle discounts (for example, 15% off a video bought in the same cart as a site) apply at purchase time only.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy and are returned to the original payment method.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us first at support@smallbusinessactivation.com. We may suspend access to an order that is the subject of a chargeback while we resolve it.

8. Errors

If we charge you incorrectly, tell us promptly and we will correct it. We may correct pricing errors on unpaid orders before they are processed.

9. Test transactions

We check our checkout with Stripe's and PayPal's test modes, which never charge a real card or account. [ATTORNEY/BUSINESS: CONFIRM THIS SECTION IS NEEDED; DELETE IT OTHERWISE.]
